Chef and restaurateur Guy Grossi has been appointed as the new ambassador for knife brand Wsthof Australia.
As part of the partnership, Wsthof and Grossi will come together throughout the year for a range of promotional activities including events, national competitions and monthly giveaways.
According to a statement issued by Wsthof Australia. Grossi is excited about his new ambassador role. “The knife I choose is very personal to me for the realisation of my craft … My Wsthof knives are for a lifetime,” he said.
Grossi is an iconic Italian restaurateur based in Melbourne where his flagship restaurant Grossi Florentino is located.
