Everyday Espresso has opened in the heart of Redfern.

Chef and consultant Tomislav Martinovic collaborated with Justin Stevenson, owner of Coop & Cart in Haymarket, to create a space that caters for health-conscious diners.

The menu features breakfast and lunch options including the Almost Paleo green bowl with kale, edamame, mustard dressing and tamari almonds and the Coop’s Benny with yuzu hollandaise, streaky bacon and buttermilk fried chicken in a brassiere croissant.

“Our goal is to create an all-inclusive space that offers great coffee, and fresh, delicious bowls at an affordable price,” says Stevenson.

The drinks menu focuses on barista-made coffee with a rotating single origin along with freshly made juices.

Located on Redfern Street, the venue boasts brown leather seating, tessellating wall tiles, white marble benches and cupboards draped with vines.
