Italian chef Niko Romito will bring his three Michelin star restaurant Reale to Perth for one night only.
The acclaimed chef will cook a six-course menu at Wildflower on 15 October.
Dishes include marinated sea bass with mayonnaise and green peas, watermelon and tomato, pan-fried veal and celeriac, risotto and saffron, smoked beef tenderloin with potatoes and lemon, chocolate grape must and licorice.
All courses will be served with matching Italian wines from Lini Lambrusco Rosso IGT NV to Ca La Bionda Valpolicella 2017.
Wildflower head chef Matthew Sartori says he is thrilled Romito will be cooking in his kitchen.
“The philosophy of Wildflower and Reale is very similar as we both share a common passion for sourcing the finest and often lesser-known local ingredients and respecting their delicate seasonality,” says the chef.
Limited tickets are available and priced at $395 per person.
