Sydney institution Machiavelli Ristorante Italiano has launched Saturday night trading for the first time in its 30-year history.
The venue decided to extend trading after customer support and hope the restaurant can help boost Sydney nightlife by encouraging Sydneysiders to get out and experience the city.
Machiavelli was previously open from Monday to Friday and has been a hub for politicians and professionals.
The regular a la carte menu will be on offer, with highlights including a selection of antipasti and home-made pasta. Mains range from fish and steak tartare to saltimbocca and Milanese.
Hospitality visited the venue in 2017 to film a spatchcock deboning masterclass with chef Laurent Cambon. Watch the video here.
