Mary’s have announced they’re bringing their Newtown venue to Melbourne.
Founders Kenny Graham and Jake Smyth have teamed up with Matt Stirling, Rob Libecans and Royan Noreiks to launch a Mary’s x Fancy Free pop-up that will run for two months.
“Mary’s loves Melbourne and being welcomed in by some of the city’s most elite hospo talent was an offer too good to pass on,” says Smyth.
All the classics will be on the menu including the Mary’s burger, cheeseburger, mushroom burger, fried chicken and mash and gravy.
Drinks will include a revolving menu of local beers, natural wines, cocktails and mocktails courtesy of Fancy Free.
“How we eat and drink is forever evolving the more we are able to collaborate with others in this industry the better the offering we can make,” says Stirling.
