How to make Bar Patrón’s signature margarita

Rockpool Dining Group’s national bar manager Ryan Gavin shows us how to make Bar Patrón’s signature margarita.

Fresh lime juice is combined with orange liqueur, house-made lime sherbet and Patrón Silver tequila before the ingredients are chilled and mixed using a technique called throwing.


To finish, pour into a glass rimmed with Margaret River sea salt and garnish with a lime wheel.
