The Sydney Night Noodle Markets is set to make a major comeback this year from 4-9 October at Prince Alfred Park in Surry Hills.

“The Sydney Night Noodle Markets are such a highly anticipated event and after a two year hiatus we want to ensure everyone has the best time possible,” says Conor Farrell, head of Night Noodle Markets.

“October presents the most optimum conditions for the Sydney Night Noodle Markets
to return, at its new location. We are so excited to bring them back this year, with a stellar line up of stallholders, partners and pop-ups.”

Market-goers can expect a range of Asian-style foods that include everything from Gyoza dumplings to noodles.

The event will host a range of hawker stalls and pop-ups from the likes of Bangkok Street Food, Shallot Thai, Roll Up, Raijin, Calabang, May’s Malaysian Hawker, Teppanyaki Noodle, Hoy Pinoy, Flying Noodles, Twistto and Wonderbao.

In addition a collaboration between Mazda x Bumplings will give guests the chance to sample dumplings from celebrity Chef Brendan Pang.

Other vendors making an appearance include Gelato Messina and Redfern’s Donut Papi.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by Gage Roads Beer Garden, an Aperol Spritz Kombi Bar, Rekorderlig Cider’s Rekorder-land, Heaps Normal, Coca-Cola and Dan Murphy’s Zero% Bar.
