The team behind the Mayflower have opened another venue located in Sydney’s St Leonards.

Much like the Darlinghurst iteration, the new location be equally artistic with an immersive dining experience provided by digital artist Refik Anadol and Don De Lamour’s floral installations.

Guests can also expect a carefully curated menu divided into smaller and larger meals along with sides, desserts and cocktails.

Smaller dishes cover fresh oysters, lobster sashimi, eggplant chips, abolone salad along with three types of tartare including tuna, wagyu and prawn.

Larger options include tofu ragu, fried chicken, grilled lobster, flounder and ssam made with either dry aged duck or wagyu.

A caviar tasting plate is also avaliable with the choice of Oscietra or beluga caviar and in addition, diners have the option of adding freshly shaved truffle to any meal.

The dessert section sees chocolate mousse, yuzu baba, raspberry and goat yogurt ice cream and oolong ice cream.

On the beverage front, a cocktail and mocktail list provides an extensive offering along with beers, wine, spirits, coffee and tea.

The Mayflower St Leonards is open for breakfast and dinner, Wednesday to Sunday.
