Scott Gooding has opened his first venue in Westfield Miranda, with plans to roll out a franchise across the country.
The Good Place is a health-driven concept with a gluten- and soy-free menu along with low-carb options.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, menu items include smoothies, slow-cooked lamb with rosemary potatoes and café de Paris butter, green pea fritters with coconut and mint yoghurt and a vegan curry.
The venue will also offer ‘healthy’ cocktails in the evening along with a range of certified organic and biodynamic local wines.
“We know Aussies want this, and we saw there was a real need for a restaurant across Australia that offered delicious healthy food that was accessible and affordable,” says Gooding.
The Good Place is set to roll out to Central Park and Blacktown in New South Wales along with Buddina and Surfers Paradise in Queensland.
