Rebecca Lines and Hamish Ingham are giving Sydneysiders a sneak peak into their new restaurant Tequila Daisy with the launch of Bar Taqueria.
A takeaway offering will commence 17 September and provide a first look at what’s to come when the restaurant opens.
“We couldn’t wait any longer to give Sydneysiders a taste of Tequila Daisy,” says Ingham.
“Bar Taqueria will be an exciting part of our takeaway offering even after lockdown eases, but in the meantime, it’s a great opportunity to give diners something to look forward to when restrictions lift.”
A range of tacos will be available including grilled chicken, wagyu beef brisket, pulled pork, fried fish, lamb and roasted carrot.
Alongside takeaway meals, diners can enjoy a range of pre-batched cocktails which cover a coconut and elderflower margarita and a signature martini in addition to wine and beer.
Bar Taqueria will open from 12pm to 2pm every Friday to Sunday.
