For the hospitality industry, attracting new staff isn’t enough to keep your business going.

In 2021, shift workers are demanding more respect and more intangible benefits from their employers. In fact, a study of more than 1,400 shift workers found 82 per cent of respondents wanted more communication from their managers — and 91 per cent indicated learning and development was top of mind, believing a career path is important.

On top of that, the chaos of owning or managing a hospitality business continues to increase. Between rostering, payroll, and supplier negotiations, there’s little time to do anything else.

That’s why Deputy, FoodByUs, and Xero are teaming up for a limited-time workshop to help hospitality leaders save time — and money — in FY2022.

The right tools allow operators to spend more time on the key pillars of their business such as menu development, training staff and customer service. And that’s what hospitality is all about.

Give valuable workers the time they deserve by getting your admin in order. The industry is in the midst of a staffing crisis, and holding on to workers should be front of mind.

The workshop by Deputy, FoodByUs and Xero will be hosted on Tuesday 8 June 10:00-10:30 AEST and provide operators with information on topics including:

  • Reacting quickly to critical changes affecting your business, customers, and team
  • Spending more time helping your staff and delivering excellent customer service
  • Cutting the time wasted on admin and save money

If the last 12 months has taught the industry anything, it’s to be prepared – agility is essential to riding out any future hurdles and forge ahead.

Register for Deputy, Xero’s and FoodByUs’s Webinar on The Art of Time Management, Tuesday 8 June, 10:00 – 10:30 AM EAST.
