The burger bar will be located inside the Courtyard By Marriott and is set to open in March.

It’ll be a New York-style, speakeasy venue, with a secret entrance and an unpretentious burger offering with both pescatarian and vegan options.

Highlights from the menu include The Standard burger with a smashed beef patty, the Buttermilk Fired Chicken burger with house slaw, the crumbed hake burger with smashed avo and the “Love Bud” plant-based patty burger.

Shush Burger will join Connolly’s other Australian venues including Sydney’s Steak & Co, Adelaide’s Sean’s Kitchen and Gowings.
