Pinchy’s Champagne and Lobster Bar will open its first flagship location in Melbourne on 200 Bourke Street.
The venue, which had pop-ups in HWKR and Emporium, is set to open its doors in late-November and will serve up a combination of tapas-style dishes and sustainable seafood.
Pinchy’s will offer their signature lobster rolls inspired by those found in the US with Maine lobster combined with house seasoning butter, chives and lemon on a toasted roll.
The venue will feature a large outdoor terrace where diners can drop in for a drink or enjoy a few snacks and the kitchen is spearheaded by executive chef Pierre Khodja and head chef Mark Campbell.
James Burchett has been appointed bar manager, with the venue set to offer an impressive Veuve Champagne selection alongside French rose and sparkling.
