Merivale has added another venue on the New South Wales South Coast to its fold.
Lynch’s Hotel marks the third Narooma acquisition for Merivale, with the group also owning The Whale Inn and The Quarterdeck .
The venue encompasses a casual restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, a bar along with hotel rooms.
“Every great town needs a great local pub,” says Hemmes.
“We have been looking for a heritage pub to further our continued investment in the region and our commitment to the wonderful people who call it home.
“Lynch’s Hotel presents great potential in a township I have a strong personal connection with, and I am looking forward to bringing this project to life alongside the local community.”
Merivale will take over the location at the end of this month, with renovation plans to be announced at a later date.
