A pop-up wine bar is coming to Brisbane courtesy of the team that brought the city The Wolfe, La Lune and Corella.
Paul McGivern and Bailee Dewes are teaming up with Daniel and Amelia Miletic from One Fish Two Fish Kangaroo Point to launch a wine bar on Factory Lane in the West Village.
The bar will offer craft cocktails and beer alongside a menu revolving around cheese and charcuterie. Guests will also be able to purchase food from other venues in the precinct include Salt Meats Cheese, Cheeky Poke and Mr Bunz.
McGivern and Dewes last made news when they announced they had sold The Wolfe in February this year to focus on a new project.
Fredericks is slated to open in early September.
