US burger chain Five Guys will swing open the doors to its first CBD location in Sydney this Monday.

It marks the second Sydney outlet for the brand, which has been spearheaded in Australia by master franchisee Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group.

The first Five Guys store in the country launched in Penrith last year to much fanfare.

The 323sqm store has 85 seats and is located at 383 George Street inside the heritage-listed Spiden House.

“Sydney city is opening up and we are excited to be part of the growth momentum and making it easier for the larger proportion of Sydney to visit,” says Brand Manager Robby Adronikos.

“Our fans have been telling us how eager they are to have us open in the city so they can visit more frequently, or for the first time.”

The brand is known for its customisable burger experience that allows diners to build their own creations and choose from a large range of free toppings from onions to jalapenos, mushrooms and more.

All burgers are cooked to order on a flat grill using chuck and sirloin beef patties that are never frozen.

Five Guys will open from 11am to 10pm daily.
