Etta has appointed Charley Snadden-Wilson as head chef of the Melbourne restaurant.
The New Zealand-born chef was most recently at Ramblr, which closed its doors in March, and has also worked at Embla and The Townmouse.
Snadden-Wilson will focus on local Victorian ingredients and produce vinegars, cured meats and more in-house.
The news comes off the back of partners Hayden McMillan and Dominique Fourie exiting the business, with Hannah Green remaining on deck as owner of the two-year-old venue.
Etta has recently completed an inner-courtyard entertaining space and will celebrate by ramping up the popular Slow Cooked Sunday which is all about getting to know your neighbours.
