House Made Hospitality’s Southeast Asian eatery Easy Tiger has partnered with Bondi Brewing Co to open a microbrewery in the Bondi Beach restaurant.

The venue is a venture between House Made Hospitality and Bondi Brewing Co and hosts three fermenting tanks on site for both beer and seltzer.

The announcement also includes the launch of the brand’s Good Tanks project which sees Bondi Brewing Co team up with a local personality or community leader for a special product release.

For each beer sold as part of the project, a dollar will be donated to the collaborator’s chosen charity or community project.

This first release is the Salties Pacific Lager which has been crafted with community group Bondi Salties in support of behavioural sponsorship company Pledge For The Planet.

The Salties Pacific Lager is now available at Easy Tiger, with more releases set to follow in the coming months.

“For our first major collaboration of 2024 we wanted to highlight local legends and give them the opportunity to not only be part of a fun brewing project, but also give back to a cause that is meaningful to them,” says Bondi Brewing Co Head Brewer Paul Parks.

“I’m really excited to have the opportunity to support the community I know and love, all from our new microbrewery, and in partnership with our mates at House Made Hospitality and Easy Tiger.”

The Bondi Brewing Co microbrewery is located at Easy Tiger, 182 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach.
