Restaurateur Andrew Baturo will open the doors to his most recent venture Tillerman in Brisbane’s CBD early September.

Located on the plaza level of the Riparian Plaza the seafood restaurant is set to become the city’s newest riverside dining destination.

“Opportunities right on the river don’t come along every day and we think
Tillerman is one of the best locations in Australia for a seafood restaurant,” says Baturo.

“We can’t wait to serve up fabulous food, drinks and service complemented by Brisbane’s riverfront as the stunning backdrop. It’s been designed for the warm Queensland climate and will make you want to stay all day.”

Leading the kitchen is Head Chef Suwisa Phoonsang who will draw inspiration from seafood found across the globe.

Guests can expect dishes such as bacalao croquetas, Queensland mud crab with crab butter and chives and salt-baked Murray Cod.

Aside from seafood, the menu will also include wagyu flank, chicken roulade with mushroom duxelles and a seasonal vegetable tarte tatin along with salads and sides.

Gizem ‘Gee’ Temizkan is behind the drinks offering which will feature champagne avaliable by the glass and cocktails.

Tillerman is located in the Riparian Plaza on Eagle Street.
