Just seven months after opening Melbourne high tea salon, Fancy Nance, pastry chef Adriano Zumbo has announced that he will be opening a weekend dessert bar.
The dessert bar will be located in Zumbo’s Italian caf, Little Frankie’s, which is positioned at the front of Fancy Nance, transforming the area into a lounge complete with a soft-serve machine and in-house DJ.
As reported by Good Food, the Zumbo Dessert Bar will feature an a la carte menu along with a three or five course set menu. Desserts include the likes of peach, vanilla, white chocolate and whey sorbet; lemon tart with thyme ice-cream; and chocolate, banana, capsicum and red shiso.
Cocktails specifically designed to match the desserts will also be on offer.
The Zumbo Dessert bar will be open Friday and Saturday evenings from 15 January.
