Olio Kensington Street will once again host the Four Hands International Chef Collaboration where international chefs will curate exclusive dining experiences at the Kensington Street venue.
The series will commence late February and welcome some of the world’s best chefs including Kenjiro ‘Hatch’ Hashida of Hashida Sushi (Singapore); Kim Sun of Meta (Singapore); Carlos Montobbio of Esquina (Singapore); Ivan Brehm of Nouri (Singapore) Francisco Javier Araya of NAPA (Shanghai) and Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah of Locavore (Indonesia).
All the chefs will cook alongside Olio’s Lino Sauro.
The Four Hand concept was commissioned for Kensington Street by Dr Stanley Quek, chairman of the Kensington Street precinct.
“As an avid traveller, I’ve had the pleasure of eating from the hands of some of the world’s best and most awarded chefs, and now it’s time for me to bring these experiences home to Kensington Street,” says Quek.
“We’ve curated a short-term residency program and handpicked the most innovative, inspiring and awarded chefs to join our team at Kensington Street. With the pairing of such creative and talented minds, we expect to create a culinary nirvana for our guests to experience.”
