Global applications and nominations are now open for 50 Next.
The program made its debut in 2021, celebrating the movements of 50 hospitality professionals working across the food and drink sector.
Those who are 35 and under are encouraged to apply, with the program seeking applicants who are “pushing the boundaries of gastronomy and tackling challenges from fresh perspectives” and those who have “achieved results or shown clear progress through their work towards a particular goal”.
Anyone from bartenders and activists to chefs, craft beer and spirits producers, designers, educations, bartenders, food and drink writers and restaurateurs can submit an application.
This year, Aussie chefs Josh Niland, Jo Barrett and Matt Stone all made the cut, with farmer and environmentalist Josh Gilbert also making the list.
Click here to nominate someone or apply by 22 September 2022.
