The World’s 50 Best Bars has launched a new award open to any bar across the globe.
The Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu Award will debut at the 2021 iteration of the awards, which will take place in London on 7 December.
To get involved, bars are invited to submit their current menu and supporting materials here before 1 September.
Applications will be judged on the following criteria: design and layout; storytelling; innovation; range of drinks; sustainability; communication of the bar’s identity.
Bartenders are able to submit a 500-word statement addressing the above points along with one piece of media.
The top five finalists will be announced on 5 November, with the winning bar revealed at the awards ceremony.
The December awards marks the return of a live ceremony after the celebrations for 2020 were held virtually.
