Women in Hospitality will host a Southern Highlands farm and orchard tour on Monday 23 September in collaboration with PorkStar.
Attendees will head to Redleaf Farm where they will meet owner Katrina Sparke and have the opportunity to tour the farm which has cows, sheep, pigs and fowl.
Guests will then visit Bertha’s Meats in Bowral for lunch where they will enjoy a pig on a spit cooked by James Viles from Biota.
The final stop on the one-day tour will be at Glenbernie Orchard, with owner Jo-Anne Fahey hosting a tasting tour in a 50-seat tractor.
Tickets are on sale now for $80 which includes a return bus trip from the Sydney CBD, cider tastings, lunch and beverages.
