Emirates Leisure Retail Australia (ELRA) has welcomed two new venues at the newly renovated T1 International terminal in Sydney Airport: The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck and Heineken House.

Both firsts for Australia, the venues have opened their doors in a new premium dining precinct, City View, encouraging Sydney Airport travellers to get to the airport a little earlier to “enjoy premium dining and drinking experiences.”

ELRA is set to further broaden the dining options at Australia’s busiest airport later this year with the opening of a third outlet, Kitchen by Mike from Sydney chef, Mike McEnearney.

Adam Summerville, managing director of Emirates Leisure Retail Australia, said “These remarkable new offerings further signify ELRA’s commitment to creating the world’s best dining experiences for Sydney travellers, giving them the opportunity to relax and enjoy the precinct’s exciting new food offerings, while taking in the impressive view of the airfield and the city skyline.”

Travellers at Sydney Airport will enjoy from-scratch comfort fare at internationally acclaimed chef, Wolfgang Puck’s venture, which is split over two levels.

The flagship Heineken House has been designed by Australian architect Mike McCann of Dreamtime Australia Design, and features a signature Heineken eight metre-high bottle wall towering over the bar.

The two new venues will be connected in the sense that The Bistro will offer a mix of Heineken products, while Heineken House customers will be able to order from a  snack menu by the Bistro.
