Women in Hospitality will host a round table event on The Rise of Alcohol-Free Spirits at One Penny Red in Summer Hill, Sydney.
The event will be held on 18 March from 6pm and run by One Penny Red co-owner Nina Alidenes and her partner David Murphy.
The pair will run guests through a tasting of alcohol-spirits which will then be compared to alcoholic beverages.
Attendees will enjoy a five-course ‘trust the chef’ menu which will include plum and molasses beef short rib with cabbage, kale and kohlrabi and banana and salted caramel beignets.
