Centennial Parklands in Sydney will host a Bush Food Experience on Saturday 17 February and Hospitality has two tickets to give away.
The event will take place from 12:30-2:30pm and will give attendees the opportunity to experience the world’s oldest living culture through bush food tastings and demonstrations.
Shared Knowledge’s Aboriginal guides will impart a world of knowledge on how to utilise native Australian bush foods and incorporate them into everyday cooking.
Use a traditional coolamon to gather seasonal fruits, seeds, berries, native vegetables and plants from around Centennial Parklands, before learning about traditional food preparation methods and tasting your very own bush food infused recipes.
