Treasury Brisbane has expanded outside, with the venue launching a bar that overlooks the Brisbane River.
Will & Flow has capacity for 130 guests and offers guests an expansive cocktail list and food offering.
The venue is open for takeaway as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“With our panoramic waterfront views over to South Bank, Will & Flow will be the perfect place to unwind with a drink in hand, while taking in breathtaking views,” says Treasury Brisbane COO Kelvin Dodt.
Seafood will feature heavily on the menu with platters including Jonah crab, smoked salmon, prawns, oysters, mussels and scallops available.
King prawns with confit garlic and fennel is also on offer plus scallops with béchamel sauce and prosciutto and antipasto boards.
Guests can also try wood-fired pizzas alongside pulled pork and brisket options.
Queensland producers will be on show, with a selection of coffee, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies available.
XXXX Gold and Newstead XPA beers take pride of place on the drinks list with breweries James Squire, Byron Bay Brewing Lager and Stone & Wood also available.
The cocktail list encompasses all the the classics including a mango daiquiri made with Havana Club white rum.
Bookings will open from 26 November, Will & Flow is open Tuesday to Sunday.
