Much-loved food truck Wholly Schnit has parked up at Sydney’s 259 George Street food precinct for a six-week pop-up store.
Guests can expect Wholly Schnit’s signature hand-made schnitzels and burgers at the pop-up location.
Some of the dishes on the menu include Wholly Schnit’s jaeger schnitzel with coleslaw and mushroom sauce; the poutine with fries, mozzarella and gravy; plus the brand’s OG burger with chicken schnitzel, coleslaw, cheese, chipotle, and mayonnaise.
Wholly Schnit launched in 2016 and has since grown to now have two food trucks roaming around Sydney.
“Launching in the vibrant 259 George Street precinct is an exciting opportunity to bring our menu to a larger audience across the six week pop-up and we can’t wait to showcase what we do best,” says Co-founder John O’Kane.
The Wholly Schnit residency is the start of a series of pop-up concepts scheduled for the 259 George Street food precinct in the coming months.
Wholly Schnit is open from Monday to Friday 11am to 2pm at 259 George Street, Sydney.
