The Hospitality Leaders Summit is just weeks away, with more than 20 speakers gearing up to inspire delegates during the not-to-be-missed industry event.

Tickets are now on sale for the 23 May summit at the Australian National Maritime Museum in Sydney, which will see restaurateurs, food and beverage managers, bar extraordinaires, sustainability experts, recruitment whizzes and more take the stage.

The day will begin with a keynote presentation from Dianne McGrath, who will deliver positive and practical steps to help you and your business become more sustainable before Matt Swieboda (Love Tilly Group), Illa Kim (Soul Deli), Joanne Sproule (Public Hospitality) and Justin Newton (Hinchcliff House) will speak on creating venues that cater to multiple markets.

Hastings People’s Luke Butler will deliver a presentation on one of the industry’s most pressing topics: staffing, and provide useful tips for operators looking to recruit valuable employees and hold on to them.

As Sydney’s nightlife swings back into action, we have a Q&A with 24 Hour Economy Commissioner Michael Rodrigues and Solotel CEO Elliot Solomon speaking on the initiatives most resonating with the public as well as the incentives available to hospitality operators in the state.

There will also be sessions on the importance of branding and social media; mental health and wellness in the workplace, utilising technology and delivery platforms, capitalising on domestic tourism and trends worth investing in.
