The Hospitality Leaders Summit is less than a week away, with the industry gearing up to reunite once again in Sydney.

Hospitality professionals will take the stage on Monday 23 May at the Australian National Maritime Museum across a range of panels, Q&As and presentations.

The day will be hosted by MCs Tawnya Bahr and Anna Pavoni and commence with a keynote presentation from sustainability expert Dianne McGrath, who will deliver valuable information and tips on how businesses can reduce their environmental impact through food waste measures and more.

The past two years has seen a raft of innovative venues open in the city, with those that offer multiple experiences to consumers resonating with the public in a big way.

24-Hour Economy Commissioner Michael Rodrigues will join Solotel CEO Elliot Solomon in a Q&A session that will cover government incentives venues utilise as well the experiences one of the largest hospitality groups in the country is curating.
