The Japan Livestock Products Export Promotion Council will host a Japanese Wagyu event in Sydney on 16 January.

Held at Jones Bay Wharf, the event will consist of a demonstration and tasting. Japanese knife master Noriaki Numamoto will run the demonstration and show attendees how to cut and prepare the beef.

Wagyu suppliers from Japan will also be in attendance along with Adam Liaw who will MC the event.
