Running from 10 to 13 March, Taste of Sydney is offering an impressive line-up of some of the Sydney’s most exciting foodservice operations.

Taking place at Centennial Parklands, the consumer-focused event sees a number of the city’s best restaurants setting up stalls each year, and in 2016 they include Kitchen By Mike, Three Blue Ducks, Firedoor, Salaryman, Butter and the Old Clare Hotel’s recently opened Kensington Street Social.

Returning Taste regulars include Otto Ristorante, Porteno, 4Fourteen, MoVida and Sake.

For the first time, Taste of Sydney will host Electrolux’s Chefs’ Secrets, where visitors will be able to cook alongside chefs including Peter Gilmore, Rob Cockerill  and Nelly Robinson, before sitting down at a communal table to enjoy a meal with matched wines.

Another new feature is the ‘A Taste of Beef and Lamb’ masterclasses, hosted by BeefandLamb.com.au. Guests will hear farmers discuss sustainable cattle and sheep farming, while running through a range of different beef and lamb cuts. The classes will also include live cooking demonstrations by chef Tom Walton from Bondi’s The Bucket List, who will run through beef and lamb recipes and the best wines to pair them with.
