Hatted Hunter Valley restaurant Muse is ringing in its 15th year with a collaborative chef event that will see some of the country’s top culinary talents take over the kitchen.
Chefs from Firedoor, Aria, Icebergs, Bentley, and more will work alongside the Muse team over three nights to create a menu covering snacks and four courses matched with local wines.
1 June kicks off the series with Pipit’s Ben Devlin, Shell House’s Joel Bickford, and Bentley’s Brent Savage, with Firedoor’s Lennox Hastie, Ormeggio’s Victor Moya, and Bathers’ Pavilion’s Aaron Ward cooking on 13 July.
The final dinner will take place on 10 August and is headlined by Aria’s Tom Gorringe, Icebergs’ Alex Prichard, and EXP’s Frank Fawkner.
Muse, led by Chef and Owner Troy Rhoades-Brown and Head Chef Mitchell Beswick, has long been a culinary leader of the region, with Rhoades-Brown taking inspiration from his kitchen garden where he grows many heirloom ingredients as well as the many local producers of the area.
Reservations for the series are essential and will be released on 1 April at musedining.com.au
