With just four days to go to the Restaurant Leaders Summit, time is running out to buy tickets for the hospitality industry’s premier conference.
Only a few tickets remain for Hospitality magazine’s one-day conference, which takes place this Monday (31 July) at Royal Randwick Racecourse in Randwick, NSW.
More than 250 hospitality professionals have registered for the event, including chefs and senior management from large companies such as Rockpool Dining Group, iconic venues like Sydney Opera House, leading pub groups and independent restaurants and cafés.
Delegates will hear from more than 30 speakers as they discuss regional openings, diversification, brand expansion, veganism and much more.
Event founder and Hospitality magazine publisher Paul Wootton believes the quality of the speakers and range of practical business-building topics has been responsible for the large numbers of hospitality professionals registering from as far afield as Western Australia and even New Zealand.
“Ticket sales have gone a bit crazy in the last few days and we’ve even had sponsorship enquiries at this late stage,” he says. “There’s a real buzz around the event now that it’s nearly here. With the speakers we have lined up, I know delegates are in for a terrific day.”
