Threefold Founders Aidan Shaw, Luke Fleming and Steve Roennfeldt, have swung open the doors to a new distillery and tasting room in South Australia’s Glenelg East.
After two years of creating spirits and cocktail recipes, the trio say they are excited to showcase the brand and offer a new gin-centric experience to customers.
“We combined our years of hospitality experience to craft gins that matched the moments they’re enjoyed in,” says Shaw. “With the moment in mind, we reverse engineered our recipe to suit.”
Guests will have the option to explore the brand’s array of gins in a tasting flight or pick out a cocktail from a thoughtfully curated menu, with the team on hand for guidance.
The brand’s current product collection includes the Aromatic gin, Summer Harvest raspberry gin, Mediterranean gin and Australian limoncello.
Drinks like the limoncello spritz, the grapefruit and rosemary fizz and the basil smash will feature on the menu.
“Our new space combines superior quality service and a relaxed atmosphere, with the sea breeze and Glenelg esplanade only minutes away,” adds Fleming.
