The Night Noodle Markets in Melbourne is making a comeback this year from 10-27 November at Birrarung Marr.

Diners can expect a range of vendors and pop-ups including Hoy Pinoy, Flying Noodle, May’s Malaysian Hawker, Wonderbao, Gelato Messina and Twistto.

“We’re very excited to be bringing back one of Melbourne’s most popular, live food festivals after a two-year hiatus,” says Conor Farrell, Head of Night Noodle Markets.

“From the variety of stallholders, to the food on offer, to the experiences from our partners, we’re planning to make this one of our tastiest and most colourful markets yet.”

This year celebrity Chef Brendan Pang will bring his Western Australian dumpling stall Bumplings to the event, offering a selection of dumplings served with an exclusive Soul Red Crystal sauce.

Windsor’s Mr Miyagi have curated a Japanese-inspired menu while Calabang will bring Bangkok streetfood and Roll Up will be serving roti.

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal dietary requirements will also be catered for with more stalls to be announced in the coming weeks.

In addition, guests can order non-alcoholic beverages from the Aperol Spritz Bar, Stomping Ground Brewing Co., Rekorderlig Cider’s Rekorder-land, The Cointreau Margarita Kombi and Dan Murphy’s Zero% Bar.

Drink options will also feature Australian non-alcoholic beer Heaps and products from Coca Cola Europacific Partners.
