A sprawling indoor-outdoor concept has launched in the Shoalhaven region in New South Wales.
Dubbed The Growers, the concept is the brainchild of Tully Heard Consulting, the team behind The Greens, the Acre eateries and more.
The Growers has a 450-seat capacity and encompasses multiple spaces including a casual eatery, bar, event spaces, garden area, fire pit and kiosk.
Chef Patrick Henley (Cruise Bar, Sydney Opera House, Pok Pok Oregon) is leading the culinary offering and has curated a menu that showcases the best of the area.
“The NSW South Coast is a region rich with produce and history and The Growers will continue to tell these stories, cementing its place as a leading food, beverage and event destination,” says Henley.
Oysters are sourced from Greenwell Point and Batemans Bay and local vegetables are utilised across the menu.
Highlights include house-made pastas, roast chicken with kale polenta and mushrooms, squid and whitebait fritto and wood-fired pizzas.
Jervis Bay Brewing Co, BentSpoke Canberra, Distillery Botanica and boutique wineries are all present on the drinks list.
Reservations are now open.
