After six years, Sydney’s one hatted Gastro Park will be closing its doors on Saturday 20 May.

Chef and owner Grant King will hold onto the site, however, replacing Gastro Park with a new venture, details of which will be revealed in the coming months.

King told Good Food it was time for a change. "It's been six years since we opened. I'm just a little operator doing it on my own. We all need a fresh change. It's a change in ethos," he said.

He also suggested he has plans to open other new concepts.
