The Sydney Cocktail Festival is making a comeback to Opera Bar with new dates on 9 and 10 April.
Bartenders from 14 venues including Re-, Maybe Sammy, PS40 and Double Deuce Lounge will serve up 26 different cocktails for patrons over the weekend.
“Sydney Cocktail Festival is a celebration of our amazing industry, cocktail culture and our city,” says Re- Bartender Evan Stroeve.
“The city is beginning to wake up and this event is a reminder of how talented our bars and bartenders are as well as the perfect opportunity to drink some of the best cocktails in the country, in the most iconic setting in Australia.”
Bartenders from seven venues will create signature and bespoke cocktails over each day, with tickets ($49 + booking fee) including three cocktails.
Cocktails will include PS40’s watermelon cooler and pina colada combo dubbed the Miami Vice; Rosenbaum & Fuller’s Zappo; Re-‘s Mango Unchained and Maybe Sammy’s citrus concoction Bang Bang.
