The dining precinct will feature an abundance of natural light and will overlook the bustling Rundle Mall, which attracts about 24 million visitors each year. The lower floor will be a tech hub, the ground floor will be dedicated to fashion and retail and level two will be a health and wellness precinct.
Already the project has attracted major brands, with Swedish fashion giant H&M announcing it will open its first South Australian store in Rundle Mall Plaza later this year.
