If you’re an aspiring young line chef, looking for the next step in your career, or an accomplished cook chasing a wider skill set? Then this busy little restaurant may be your next move.
We are looking for someone with initiative both in the kitchen and within the business. People skills, stock control, costings and cash flow management are imperative skills required to run the business that you’ll be a part of.
– Fulltime contract: Monday – Saturday lunch/ dinner
– English essential
– Current Tax File Number
– Current NSW RSA
– Australia / NZ citizen or resident
Skills required but not limited to:
– 2 years minimum kitchen/ cooking in service experience
– Must be available Friday and Saturday nights
– Creativity and a passion for cooking
– Above award wage
– Quarterly reviews/ remuneration opportunities
– We have an open kitchen, presentation is essential
