British chef Marco Pierre White returns to Australia for his first tour of live-on-stage theatre shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne this May.
Marco will take attendees on a journey from humble beginnings, arriving in London from the north with ‘£7.36, a box of books and a bag of cloths’ to begin his classical training as a commis with Albert and Michael Roux at Le Gavroche.
By the age of just 33, Marco became first British and youngest chef at the time to be awarded three Michelin stars.
