Since 2007, the Bone Roasters mission has been to produce premium quality stocks and stock reductions that offer consistency, the finest ingredients and are cost effective for customers.
The complete range of products are produced using real bones and the freshest ingredients, ensuring products maintain an extremely high standard of quality.
Each product is cooked in traditional open kettles and slowly simmered for up to 30 hours, ensuring the maximum amount of real flavour is absorbed from ingredients; resulting in an intense profile and natural product colour.
The range is produced then frozen to maintain maximum freshness and consists of Veal, Beef, Vegetable and Chicken Stocks, Jus and Glace.
