Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria is seeking expressions of interest for a retail food and catering partner for the Cranbourne Gardens with a commencement date of July 1st 2023. This is a rare opportunity to join as a food and hospitality partner with the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria.

Cranbourne Gardens food and hospitality opportunity includes:

• Modern 125m2 cafe overlooking the iconic Red Sand Garden operating 7 days a week; a recently redesigned front service counter; two pockets of external seating at the entry; and an additional 50m2 terrace seating space; 88m2 kitchen; plus multiple storage spaces & generous loading dock space.

• Tarnuk Function Room (150m2) adjacent to the café with operable walls to expand into the café (266m2 approx) enough for 200pax seating; external function gathering space (56m2).

• Kiosk Servery (35m2 approx.) – recently extended covered seating area; variable opening times and hours depending on season.

• Five external spaces spread through the Gardens ranging from 75m2 to 788m2 some with the capacity to have a marquee or canopy set up for large weddings and functions.

Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria is looking for a professional and capable partner who has a proven track record within F&B retail and catering. The successful respondent will have the ability to provide a quality, customer-centric and contemporary food and beverage offering that caters for a variety of budgets in the café (grab & go offer, counter service, pre booked picnic baskets and catering) and use technology to assist with peak F&B retail periods.
