Pizza shop come pasta bar and deli, Salt Meats Cheese will be relocating its flagship Alexandria store mid next month.
The store will be relocated just a few streets away at 21 Fountain Street Alexandria, occupying the old Cipro site. Neighbouring businesses include Campos, Bread and Circus and Pana Chocolate.
'We will be sad to see the end of the warehouse where it all started, but we're excited to move forward in a new direction' says co-director Stefano de Blasi.
According to de Blaai, the new venue will offer a similar food menu to the business’ Drummoyne store and a wine offering similar to that of the Mosman store. The venue will be open from 7am until 10pm daily offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with plans to have the cooking school in operation by May.
The business’ fifth location will be located near Broadway Shopping centre, at 66 Bay St Ultimo. The venue is slated for a March opening.
