Located in South Yarra, Roc’s Jam Factory will offer an extensive list of wines, liqueurs, artisanal beers and cocktails, broken down into five categories.

The cocktail list is segmented into key categories: sweet, bitter, sour, dry and strong. Guests will also be able to order a beverage tasting flight, with options including the Gin and Tonic Experience, World of Whiskey and Beer Tasters.

Dishes are designed to be shared, with small plates including crab cake with guacamole and gazpacho; and rice fried calamari with green papaya and Thai herbs. A range of house made pizzas will also be on offer.

Desserts include a crme brulee with pistachio biscotti, Grand Marnier macerated strawberries and chocolate; and a pecan pudding topped with crme anglaise.

Opening on 15 July, Roc’s interior is quintessentially New York in style, with sheer curtains, quilted walls, plush sofas and leather banquettes with a range of upholstered bar stools and tables.
