Leading industry expo Fine Foods Australia is set to make a return this year from 5-8 September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

More than 650 local and international exhibitors across a wide range of sectors within the industry will showcase the latest products, technology and services.

“We are thrilled to be back in Melbourne for 2022 hosting the ultimate food trade event, to inspire, educate and unite this incredible industry, which is the backbone of our culture and communities,” says Product and Event Manager Andrew Lawson.

“Fine Food Australia has long been a proud supporter of the food industry showcasing the latest our partners have to offer, whilst also providing education and insight from industry leaders through activations and presentations.”

The program will consist of competitions as well as presentations and informative sessions conducted by industry leaders who will discuss the latest industry news, trends and more.

Competitions include the ACF Culinary Challenge, Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat, The Official Great Aussie Pie Competition, Bake Skills and more.

The Source Kitchen hosted by food and beverage consultancy Straight to the Source will conduct interviews, ingredient spotlights, and industry workshops with farmers, artisans, and innovators.

Meanwhile sessions such as Talking Trends will bring together a panel of guest speakers to discuss industry insights post-pandemic.
