The Rooftop at QT is located on the 11th floor of the recently opened hotel, offering views of Melbourne's city skyline.

Hosting up to 185 patrons, the split indoor/outdoor space will serve up classic cocktails with a twist, including the QT Rooftop G&T, which includes West Winds Sabre Gin, elderflower quinine syrup, fresh lime, sugar, cucumber sparkling water, rosemary and cucumber and the Yarra Valley Sour with Four Pillars Gin, fresh lemon, orange blossom, orgeat, egg white, Pinot Noir and edible flowers. There will also be a range of local spirits, house made tonics and share cocktails.

Bar bites will also be on offer, including minced Thai beef on toast with green chilli, sweet basil and sambal, Scotch quail eggs wrapped in Wagyu beef, mortadella, sesame and sticky black sauce and polenta crumbed onion rings with squid ink mayo.

Designed by QT public areas designer and stylist, Nic Graham, the space features a selection of contemporary outdoor furniture by Australian designer and producer Tait, amidst a colour palette of olive green, red and matte black.
