Sydney’s historic Pumphouse is back with a revamped food and drinks menu after a major refurbishment.
“We are incredibly excited to open the doors of the Pumphouse Sydney,” says Novotel Sydney General Manager Nikki Little.

The venue centrepiece is the wine room that houses a selection of local and international drops available for tastings and takeaway.
Heading up the kitchen is Anthony Kirk who will be serving up a menu of sharing platters and hearty mains championing seasonal produce.
Grazing options cover three types of boards the Bushman which uses a selection of cured meats, as well as a veggie and seafood board with Sydney rock oysters, Tasmanian ocean trout and more.
Highlights include red snapper in fish broth paired with baby fennel, the Pumphouse burger and steak frites.
The venue’s signature waffles come in a variety of exciting flavours such as lamington, banoffee and pavlova.
